Jim Carper and Sheriff Joe Arpaio--Appreciation for 20 Years of Service

Rev. James Carper, Co-Director of Prisoners of Hope Ministries, is recognized for 20 years of volunteer service at the Maricopa County Jails. Rev. Carper provides one-on-one spiritual counseling and conducts church and worship services at several of the county jail facilities.
